Hujat al-Islam Hosseini calls Sheikh Zakzaky lion of Africa
Referring to bravery and courage to spread Islam, the head of the Islamic Center of Johannesburg, Hujat al-Islam Hosseini called Sheikh Zakzaky the lion of Africa.
Referring to bravery and courage to spread Islam, the head of the Islamic Center of Johannesburg, Hujat al-Islam Hosseini called Sheikh Zakzaky the lion of Africa.
On the 5th anniversary of the capture of Shaikh Zakzaky and martyrdom of some of his followers and family by the Nigerian army, the head of the Islamic Center of Johannesburg, Hujat al-Islam Hosseini referred to Sheikh Zakzaky’s high character and how he met him.
He said that right after the Islamic revolution of Iran, Sheikh Zakzaky used to come to Iran and participate in conferences which were held there whether for Islamic Unity or the Revolution anniversary.
“He was full of energy in every single committee which he was a member, he was outspoken member, trying to communicate with other guests”, he said.
“Personality of Sheikh was amazing. In several meetings I had with him, simplicity and also type of determination, energy, and positiveness are something that I learned from him.
Just one example that is enough for us to come to the conclusion that Sheikh is in the height of real Iman and that is when he lost his six children were they martyred in the protection of Islamic rights and also Palestinian rights in the international day of Quds”, said the head of the Islamic Center of Johannesburg, Hujat al-Islam Hosseini on the personality of Sheikh Zakzaky.
Saying that the time doesn’t let him explain in detail about the full personality if Sheikh Zakzaky, Hossein added, “But one thing is for sure that he is the Lion of Africa, his action speaks louder than himself, and that’s why the people of Nigeria have been adopting the teachings of Sheikh because they are so natural and are so localized and in harmony with the culture of Nigerian people. The way he explains realities, the way he makes Tafsir of the Quran are in a way that captures that everyone’s heart. I have seen thousands of Mubaleghin have been dispatched all over the world but few have been successful like Sheikh Zakzaky.”
“In the anniversary of his arrest we ask Allah (SWT) give us the success to InshaAllah follow the footpath of the Shuhada of Nigeria and commemorate their memories and also we pray that Allah (SWT) organize for the release of Sheikh and his wife and bring him back to the leadership of Nigerian brothers and sisters”, Hosseini said.
“No one has got any doubt that what happened in Nigeria was initiated by Bin Salman of Saudi regime of Israel. Because the only regimes which were losing their interest in Nigeria were these two”, he concluded.
