  The speech of the ABWA’s Secretary General on the 100th anniversary of the authorship of Mafatih al-Jinan

  The 100^th anniversary of the creation of the book Mafatih al-Jinan was held, with the speech of Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.

  ABWA Official Website – The 100^th anniversary of the book Mafatih al-Jinan authorship was held at IRIB International Conference Center, participating religious and national figures.

  The ceremony was held with a speech by Ayatollah Ramazani, Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, Hojat al-Islam Gholam Ali, a faculty member of the University of Quran and Hadith, Hojat al-Islam Tabatabai, the winner of the selected paper of the conference, Hojat al-Islam Kazem Seddiqi, the temporary Prayer Friday Leader of Tehran, and Mohammad Mahdi Esmaili, the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance.

  

  Also, the ceremony was attended by the figures such as Ayatollah Mohammad Hassan Akhtari, Chairman of the Supreme Council of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly and Secretary General of the Ashura Foundation, Hojat al-Islam Kazem Seddiqi the temporary Prayer Friday Leader of Tehran, Ayatollah Hashemi Olia, President of Chizar Seminary, Ayatollah Tahriri President of Maravi Seminary, Hojat al-Islam Amroudi, Cultural Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Alireza Moaf, deputy for Quran and Itrat Affairs, and Mahmoud Shaloui, the head of the Society for the National Heritage of Iran.

  With the presence of the mentioned figures, these books and conference proceedings were unveiled: the numbered book of Mafatih al-Jinan, selected articles under the title “Commissioned Articles”, the book “Prayers and Supplications for School and University Student”, the stories of Mafatih al-Jinan, the book “Finger and Cup”, the book “Heritage of Muhaddith”, and the commemorative stamp of the 100^th anniversary of the book Mafatih al-Jinan.

  In the final part of the conference programs, in the presence of the officials, the activists and servants of the prayer and supplication, as well as the families of the martyrs Ebrahim Hadi, Mohammad Reza Karzan, Golestani, Farhadi, A’alami, Shahriari, Fahmideh were honored and appreciated.

  Also in the ceremony, Grand Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi, Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli, Ayatollah Tahriri, Hojat al-Islam Hossein Ansarian, Hojat al-Islam Taha Boroujerdi, Hojat al-Islam Sayed Rasool Mousavi, Messrs. Mohsen Meschi, Tawakkoli, Mashaullah Abedi, Mansour Arzi, as servants of the expansion and promotion of moral and spiritual culture, and prayer were honored and appreciated.

  The Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly stated, “In the history of Islam, clerics have always faced oppression in some way. Ulama are the divine guardians of religion.”

  ABWA Official Website – On Thursday, May 18, 2023, at the commemoration ceremony on the 40^th day of the demise of Hojat al-Islam Noor Mousavi in the Grand Mosque of Langarud, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani said, “Hojat al-Islam Noor Mousavi tried to behave like the Holy Prophet (p.b.u.h) in his communication with people.”

  

  “During the Holy Defense (the eight-year war of Iraq against Iran), the clerics had a moral and ideological role. People expect clerics to be spiritual,” he added.

  The Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly stated, “In the history of Islam, clerics have always faced oppression in some way. Ulama are the divine guardians of religion.”

  “Except for a small number, the clerics are from the lower economic strata of the society,” he added, “Clerics must update themselves so that they can be effective in society.”

  Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly stated, “The enemies are waiting for a cleric to say something wrong so that they can magnify and exaggerate it in their media. Today, we need ethical clerics to be with the people.”

  “To make progress, society must benefit from Islam, and understand it thoroughly and deeply,” Ayatollah Ramazani said, “Ulama have an educational and moral role. Being a teacher is one of the positions of the Holy Prophet (p.b.u.h), a mission that was entrusted to the ulama after him.”

  “Ulama are the divine guardians of Islam. People observe their conduct because they have accepted ulama as their role models,” added a member of the Council of Leadership Experts.

  “The enemy’s plan is to divide the people and the clerics. The Clerics should listen and tell the problems of youth and people,” he added.

  “We are indebted to Imam Khomeini (r.a.) for establishing the Islamic Republic. Today, we have a heavy duty to explain the achievements of the Islamic Revolution. The Islamic Revolution brought Islam to the social sphere,” Ayatollah Ramazani said in the end.

  ABWA Official Website – On Thursday, May 18, 2023, at the ceremony of “Empowerment of School Principals Vice- Principals, and Moral Educators” in Rasht’s Central Hall, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani said, “The late Ayatollah Bahjat (r.a.) always emphasized on the connection with and knowing the AhlulBayt (a.s.).”

  The representative of the people of Gilan in the Assembly of Leadership Experts said, “The existence of Imam Mahdi (a.s.) is a blessing for all of us and we can benefit from his love, mercy, grace, and virtues.”

  

  “The Occultation of Imam Mahdi (a.s.) indicates the fact that humanity is not yet ready for the Reappearance of that Imam to benefit human society from his ethics, mysticism, and spirituality,” he added.

  “There is a need for ethics scholars to be present in every province. But unfortunately, this gap exists somewhere. We must value the girls and women of the society. Because half of the world’s population is made up of women,” Ayatollah Ramezani pointed out.

  “There are about 300 verses in the Quran about women and honoring them. Women's chastity is part of human nature. Our daughters are not against chastity and hijab, and we, according to our duty, should speak softly to women,” continued the Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.

  “The situation of those who are hostile to chastity and hijab in the society is clear. They are organized to realize the projects of the West. Some people say that young people don’t like religion, which is not true. Because religion means rationality, spirituality, love, and a life based on wisdom. We must know the language of Islam properly, and if we talk to the young generation in the language of Islam, they will be pioneers in religion,” Ayatollah Ramazani emphasized.

   “If we pay attention to the philosophy of Ahkam (Sharia rulings), Salah (prayer), and other obligations of Islam, the belief in Islam in the full sense of the word will definitely appear in society. It is necessary to organize educational workshops that teach counseling, communication, and responding skills. If the educational work does not have a research background, it will be incomplete,” said the member of the Assembly of Leadership Experts in the end.

  ABWA Official Website – In a meeting with the president, vice presidents, and staff of Gilan University, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani stated, “One of the issues raised in the statement of the second phase of the Islamic Revolution by the Supreme Leader of the Revolution was attention to the progress of science. The development of society is not possible without science. The authority of the Islamic Republic in the scientific and military fields has increased its power at the negotiating table with world powers.”

  

  “The university should pay attention to different fields of science and knowledge,” the Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly added while emphasizing that the universities should train capable forces at all levels and sectors.

  “We should not allow the academic status of the university to decline. Because the growth of the scientific position of the university is effective in the selection of country managers. Paying attention to scientific ranks in the selection of managers makes the university prestigious from a scientific point of view. To be changed and transformed, universities need boards of thinkers, and it is the science that causes society to grow,” he noted.

  “Ignorance harms the scientific and religious society. Without committed and efficient human resources, we will not grow much, and it is the duty of the university to train such capable forces,” Ayatollah Ramazani noted.

  In the end, while emphasizing the need for documentation and media work on the country’s scientific progress, the Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly said, “With the support of the Supreme Leader, the Islamic Republic of Iran is among the top ten in the world in some scientific fields.”

  President of AhlulBayt (a.s.) University ranked 3 in Int’l conference “Oriental Studies and Imam Hussain (a.s.)”

  Hojat al-Islam Dr. Saeed Jazari Ma’moui won third place in the international conference “Oriental Studies and Imam Hussain (a.s.)”.

  ABWA Official Website – Hojat al-Islam Dr. Saeed Jazari Ma’moui won third place in the international conference “Oriental Studies and Imam Hussain (a.s.)” which was held in Karbala, Iraq.

  

  The researcher and Iranian university professor participated in this international conference with his article entitled “Imam Hussain (a.s.) in the perspective of Charles Veroloud; Commentary on the book ‘Persian Ta’zieh or Karbala Drama’.”

  The international conference “Oriental Studies and Imam Hussain (a.s.)” was held on May 12 and 13, 2023, with the participation of researchers from 103 universities and 29 centers of the world, in the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain (a.s.) in Karbala, Iraq.

  The motto of this international conference was: “The Universal and Eternal Imam Hussain (a.s.)”.

  Researchers participated in this conference from the United States, England, Spain, Italy, Syria, France, Bahrain, Egypt, Afghanistan, Iran, Tunisia, Yemen, Algeria, Pakistan, Indonesia, Colombia, Nigeria, India, Ghana, Palestine, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Guinea, Bangladesh, Iraq, etc.
