Following the meeting with Iraqi figures, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, met Sheikh Mahdi al-Sumaidaie, director of the Iraqi Dar al-Ifta, and a prominent Sunni Sheikh of the country.

Stating that the election is a social right of citizens that should be used, the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly said, “Participating in the election entitled us to be demanding of the elected person.”

The Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly said, “Westerners have raised the issue of Islamophobia and anti-Islamism. In contrast, Islamic scholars must introduce Islam as a religion of rationality, spirituality, tolerance and just peace.”

The Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly and the accompanying delegation met Ayatollah Sayed Morteza Qazwini, one of the Grand Ulama of Karbala.

The second meeting of the series of scientific sessions “The Islamic World in the Age of Cyberspace” was held on “The presence of Muslim women in cyberspace, assets, and necessities” virtually, and in English.

During his visit to Iraq, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly visited the House of Culture of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Baghdad. In the meeting, Hojat al-Islam Abazar, Cultural attaché of the Islamic Republic of Iran, presents a report on the activities of the Cultural Consultation and the House of Culture of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Iraq, and Ayatollah Ramazani visited one of the Persian language classes at the center.

The Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly emphasized, “Today, the Resistance has become an international and global flow, and Haj Qassem is a martyr of the resistance in the international arena.”

The scientific conference “The position of Shiite women in Imam Khomeini’s intellectual system” was held on Tuesday evening, June 8, 2021 in the meeting hall of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly in Qom.
