The representative of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly of in Afghanistan stated, “The dominant countries have besieged Afghanistan economically to achieve their sinister goals. To pass through this difficult stage, Shiites and Sunnis must unite.”

The mourning ceremony on the occasion of the Martyrdom of Lady Fatimah (a.s.) was held in Al-Zahra (a.s.) Mosque in Kabul.

In this ceremony, the eulogists and preachers spoke about the virtues of Lady Fatima Zahra, the daughter of the Prophet of Islam (p.b.u.h).

In this ceremony, calling on the people to brotherhood, unity and solidarity, Ayatollah Salehi, Chairman of the Council of Shiite Ulama of Afghanistan, and a member of the General Assembly of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly said, “According to all Islamic denominations, the love for the family of the Prophet (p.b.u.h) is Wajib.”

“Lady Zahra (a.s.) has a very high position, and in the hadith of Al-Kisa, she is the center of introducing the Prophet (p.b.u.h), Imam Ali (a.s.), Imam Hassan and Imam Hussain (a.s.),” Ayatollah Salehi added.

In this ceremony, Hojat al-Islam Sayed Hossein Alemi Balkhi, the head of the Dar al-Insha of Ulema Council, and the chairman of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) Lovers Assembly, said, “God has determined the reward of the Prophet’s mission, the love for his family (AhlulBayt). In Quran, Surah Ash-Shura, verse 42, He, the almighty says, “قُلْ لَا أَسْأَلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ أَجْرًا إِلَّا الْمَوَدَّةَ فِي الْقُرْبَىٰ” (Say: I do not ask of you any reward for it but love for my near relatives)”

“The AhlulBayt of the Prophet (p.b.u.h) are the axis of unity of Muslims and all Islamic denominations. In a poem in praise of the AhlulBayt (a.s.), Imam Shafi'i (one of the Sunni Imams) said, “For your virtue, it is enough that if we do not greet you in our prayer, it will not be accepted (by God),” Alemi Balkhi added.

“The current situation demands that the Shiites and the Sunnis unite on the axis of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) and face the problems that currently exist in the country. The dominant countries have besieged Afghanistan economically to achieve their sinister goals. To pass through this difficult stage, Shiites and Sunnis must unite,” added the representative of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly in Afghanistan.
