In its new approach, AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly pays great attention to virtual space: Tavana
Director General of the Department of Studies and Research of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly stated, “With regard to the orders of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, and the emphasis of the Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly on the dissemination of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) teachings all over the world via cyberspace, today the “Naba” application, as well as seven new languages of WikiShia, will be unveiled.”
ABWA Official Website – The unveiling ceremony of the new works of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly was held on Thursday, February 16, 2023, in the conference hall of the Assembly in Qom.
In this ceremony, Hojat al-Islam Tavana, Director General of the Department of Studies and Research of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly stated, “This session is held considering the new approach of the Assembly, that is activities in virtual and digital space.”
Hojat al-Islam Abdullah Tavana added, “With regard to the orders of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, and the emphasis of the Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly on the dissemination of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) teachings all over the world via cyberspace, today the “Naba” application, as well as seven new languages of WikiShia, will be unveiled.”
“Taking into account the emphasis of the Secretary General of the Assembly that the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly should reach scientific and content authority in the production and publication of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) teachings and bearing in mind all the limitations in the virtual space, seven new languages were added to WikiShia. Also, in the following weeks, the Rahmana portal and Google Scholar will be unveiled. In the new approach, we have paid attention to both the general user and the specific user. Therefore, in order to avoid the high costs and hardships of physical printing of the works, we have paid great attention to the virtual space,” he stated.
“We welcome the ideas of researchers on being more active in the virtual space,” said Hojat al-Islam Abdullah Tavana in the end. /345/
