Babourin, the prominent Russian politician emphasized that the cruel sanctions of the United States are ineffective. Then, while pointing to the profound, close, strategic and developing relations between Iran and Russia, he said, “Russia can use Iran’s experience to neutralize the sanctions. Also, your ideas are crucial to establish a new Islamic civilization. Because you were able to pay attention to moral and religious principles in the political system.” /345/
