Meeting of Islamic missionaries held in Madagascar, with ABWA’s Secretary General
The meeting of Islamic missionaries was held in Imam Sadiq (a.s.) Seminary of Madagascar with the presence of Ayatollah Ramezani, Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.
ABWA Official Website – The meeting of Islamic missionaries was held in Imam Sadiq (a.s.) Seminary of Madagascar with the presence of Ayatollah Ramezani, Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.
At the beginning of this meeting, Dr. Sayed Saeed Rahimi, head of the representative office of Al-Mustafa International (p.b.u.h) University in Madagascar, praised the activities of Islamic missionaries in the country and emphasized the need to strengthen missionaries in all aspects.
In this meeting, 50 Islamic men and women missionaries participated and presented their views on propagating Islam in Madagascar.
Further, referring to the position of the missionaries, Ayatollah Ramezani said, “On the Day of Resurrection, it will be said to all the people of Hell, “We have sent you a warner.” They accept and answer, “Yes, warner was sent to us, but we denied and rejected him. If we listened to his words, we would not be in hell.” once the warner was the Holy Prophet (p.b.u.h), then the Infallible Imams (a.s.), and now the warner is Islamic missionaries. When the Prophet (p.b.u.h) and Infallible Imams (a.s.) are not present, religious missionaries play the role of warning.”
“Every missionary has three tasks. First, to explain the pure teachings of Islam of AhlulBayt (a.s.) in the local language. Second, he must be able to answer the questions that are raised on various topics. As a third task, he must answer the doubts that are raised a lot today, especially in cyberspace. Preaching was one of the positions of the Holy Prophet (p.b.u.h). A missionary must have the conduct of AhlulBayt (a.s.) to be able to influence others,” he continued.
“Once I came to the presence of the late Grand Ayatollah Behjat. I told him to pray for me. He said, “I entrust you to God, and I entrust God to you!” In his explanation of this word, he said, “Many want to erase the name of God from the minds of believers, and you must keep the memory of God alive in the minds.” This is, in fact, the order of the Holy Prophet (p.b.u.h) who said, “I entrusted two things to you, the book (Quran) and my progeny (AhlulBayt)”,” noted the Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.
At the end of the meeting, the attendees recited the Dua Faraj of Imam Mahdi (a.s.) together.
