The precious book “Electronic contracts from the perspective of Imamiyeh Jurisprudence and Iranian and International Law” by Dr. Ali Akbar Badiee, Director-General of Europe and America of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, was published.
From the perspective of Iran and international law, this jurisprudential-legal book deals with a very new, practical and up-to-date topic.
The book has an “Introduction”, four “Chapters” and a “Conclusion”, and Dr. Badiee explains about it as follows:

The Electronic World has taken over the store to the university, and seeks to rule the world electronically.
The present book is a new research and a new look at this world. In writing it, while maintaining the simplicity of the text, I have tried to deal with complex jurisprudential and legal concepts in this field. Topics such as: Concluding electronic contracts, Intention and consent of the parties to the contract, The subject of Muatat (transactions with no contracts) in electronic contracts, Electronic signature validity, The subject of options and fraud in electronic transactions, and The law governing contracts in electronic transactions.
In the present book, I have discussed these issues jurisprudentially and legally.”
