The productions of Al-Thaqalayn TV must be quality oriented: Ayatollah Ramazani

The Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly and his accompanying delegation visited Al- Thaqalayn International TV.

ABWA Official Website – On Monday, January 9, 2023, the Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly and his accompanying delegation visited Al-Thaqalayn International TV headquarters.

After the congregational prayer, the Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly unveiled the recording of a special program for children in the Tasvir Studio.

In this meeting, Ayatollah Ramazani expressed some points for the producers of the program about the importance of programs for children and adolescents.

The “Yeki bood Yeki Nabood” program, [which is translated in English as “once upon a time”], is produced to familiarize children with the basic concepts of Islamic lifestyle, foster creative thinking, and teach life skills with the PFC (Philosophy for Children) educational method, and the recording of 40 episodes of the program has been concluded.

This program will be aired daily from Shaaban 15 (Birth Anniversary of Imam Mahdi), 1444 (March 8, 2023) at 10:30 a.m. Makkah time for 60 minutes.

Ayatollah Ramazani also met with and talked to the staff of the Quranic show with the theme of “Haqeel”, and while watching parts of the show, emphasized the importance of creative formats to convey religious concepts.

“Haqeel” is the first story of the show series “Quran Stories” which is about Adam and Eve and their children named Abel, Cain, Iqlima, and Azura and their events. The series will be presented in six 40-minute episodes in the form of a Television play. The continuation of this series will be about the other Ulu al-ʿAzm prophets.

Then, while attending the radio studio of Al-Thaqalayn TV, Ayatollah Ramazani met with the live radio-TV program “Mashariq” staff. In this meeting, Ayatollah Ramazani considered issues such as morning exercise and health promotion in society to be essential.

The “Mashariq” program, a morning program with various family topics, will be live aired daily on Al-Thaqalayn TV from January 28, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. Makkah time for 55 minutes with the online presence of experts from the Arab world.

During this visit, in a meeting with the managers of this TV channel, after listening to their report, Ayatollah Ramazani, a member of the Council of Leadership Experts expressed some points about the importance of a committed and expert staff and the necessity of serious work in cyberspace.

Then, while stressing that the productions of Al-Thaqalayn TV should be quality-oriented, this eminent professor of the seminary pointed out the necessity of continuing the meetings of the TV channel councils, so that by periodically analyzing the events of the Islamic world in these meetings, they would describe a suitable road map to produce future programs.

At the end of this visit, Mohammad Kazem Kazemi, director of Al-Thaqalayn TV channel, while appreciating the good attention of the Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly and his accompanying delegation to this international TV channel, gave a comprehensive report on the launch of the work and administrative automation system, which determines its future path.

It is worth mentioning that the Al-Thaqalayn Arabic TV channel, with the approach of publishing pure Islam and promoting the Prophetic and Alawi way of life for the Arabic-speaking Muslim community, started its activities in 2009.
