“Religion and Life” museum can be Iran’s most comprehensive, most visited museum: Ayatollah Ramazani

The Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly stated, “The Museum of Religion and Life is a complete collection with artistic and attractive activities, which can be among the most comprehensive and most visited museums in Iran.”

ABWA Official Website – On Saturday, August 26, 2023, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, along with a group of officials of the Assembly, visited the Museum of Religion and Life located in the Jamkaran Holy Mosque.

At the beginning of this visit, in the introduction of the museum, Hojat al-Islam Falahzadeh, the head of the Institute for Thematic Studies of Jurisprudence of Qom Seminary, stated, “The Museum of Religion and Life, as the first conceptual museum of Islamic teachings, is a part of the Institute for Thematic Studies of Jurisprudence, which was established by the order of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, and with the approval of sources of emulation in Qom seminary.”

“This museum contains ten treasures, including the Sacred Things, Jihad and Defense, Medical, Historical, etc., in each treasure, objects are kept, and a jurisprudential order, Quranic verse, or hadith related to it is also mentioned,” he said, regarding the sections of the Museum of Religion and Life.

Further in the visit, Ayatollah Ramazani Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, visited different sections of the Museum of Religion and Life, and learned about the information related to each treasure.

At the end of the visit, a meeting was held with the participation of the officials of the Museum of Religion and Life, and the directors of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.

Expressing his satisfaction with the establishment of this museum, Ayatollah Ramazani said, “The establishment of this magnificent and huge collection is indebted to the efforts of Hojat al-Islam Fallahzadeh, and I am very grateful to him. The Museum of Religion and Life is a complete collection that has artistic and attractive activities and can be among the most comprehensive and most visited museums in the country.”

Referring to the importance of introducing the Museum of Religion and Life, the Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly added, “This is not just an exhibition, but a complete and comprehensive course of Shiite teachings presented in the language of art. The Museum of Religion and Life is a very valuable initiative, and the Supreme Leader of the Revolution also pays special attention to initiatives in the field of religion and culture.”

Emphasizing the importance of thematic studies in jurisprudence, he stated, “Dealing with this serious issue will save many believers from confusion. I hope that the Institute for thematic studies of jurisprudence can fill this gap.”

In the end, Ayatollah Ramazani emphasized the importance of cooperation and interaction between the two organizations and considered the international capacity of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly as a complement to the activities of the Museum of Religion and Life.
