ABWA Official Website – During his visit to India, attending the Nazemiyeh seminary in Lucknow, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly met with the professors and students of this Shiite seminary. Among other programs of the Ayatollah Ramazani during his visit to India were participation in the 7^th Assembly of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) Assembly of India, participation in the International Conference “Ethics and Mysticism in the Thought of Allameh Tabatabai” at the National Islamic University of New Delhi, and participation at the Great Conference of Missionaries of South India in the city of Alipur. /345/

Regarding the society’s expectations from the clergy, the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly stated, “People expect the clergy to learn religion well and teach it correctly and comprehensively.”

On the 7th day since the demise of the Ayatollah Abbas Ali Akhtari, the late representative of the people of Tehran in the Assembly of Leadership Experts, a commemoration ceremony was held in the Imam Khomeini (r.a.) Portico of the Holy Shrine of Lady Fatimah Masoumeh (a.s.) in Qom.

On Wednesday, October 19, 2022, a group of presidents of seminaries of Gilan province met with Ayatollah Ramazani.

Over the past half century, many Iraqis sacrificed and martyred in the fight against the Saddam regime, then in the war against the American invaders, and recently in the battle against the ISIS terrorist group. The Najaf branch of the Iraq Martyrs Foundation (affiliated to the Prime Minister's Office) using the opportunity of the Arbaeen of Imam Hussain (a.s.), set up a photo exhibition of the martyrs of the Najaf Seminary and the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali (a.s.) on the main Najaf-Karbala Road (known as Tariq Ya Hussain).

The Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly said, “Holding a conference to introduce and commemorate Ayatollah Musawi al-Kharsan was necessary. He has great reputation and position, and it is our duty to introduce our dignitaries to the world.”

The Secretary of the Supreme Council of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly said, “Seminaries all over the country have highly talented members, which are flourishing with the presence of Ayatollah Arafi as the head of seminaries, as well as serious attention to research activities.”
