Conference “School of Martyr Soleimani, New Islamic Civilization” finished with Statement
The International Conference the “School of Martyr Soleimani and New Islamic Civilization” finished with a final statement.
The International Conference the “School of Martyr Soleimani and New Islamic Civilization” ended with a statement.
In cooperation with the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, the International Conference “School of Martyr Soleimani and New Islamic Civilization”, four days was held online to explain the thoughts of Martyr Soleimani in the field of civilization of the Islamic world and commemorate the memory of this great hero of Iran and the Islamic Ummah.
One of the most important goals of the conference was to try to identify, explain and promote the school of General Haj Qassem Soleimani, which is the school of the martyrs of the path of righteousness throughout history and the martyrs of the (Iranian) Islamic Revolution.
The final statement of the conference reads, “The holding of the conference was planned months ago with the support of thinkers and several scientific, cultural and academic institutions of the country, and its call was published through the media and sent to thinkers.”
The statement also reads, “Before and after the martyrdom of this eminent martyr, the domination system made many efforts to tarnish his image, thus hiding his true, anti-terrorism, humanitarian, justice-seeking and peace-loving face. But the call of this conference was gradually noticed by the thinkers of the world and was very well received which continues to this day. So that despite the time limit for submitting articles and lectures, so far more than 40 introductory meetings have been held in different countries. Also, 52 views of elites and experts from different parts of the world have been recorded in the form of video clips and also 132 articles have been received. Given the timing of the call, the number of entries is very good.”
According to the report, the secretary of the “Martyr Soleimani Conference” selected 42 views from the received works in connection with the announced topics and programs and from February 14 to 17, presented them for the educated and respected audience in the form of an opening ceremony and four specialized working groups.
Benefiting the opinions of thinkers who have submitted their works, the secretariat of the conference emphasizes the following points:
1. The conference secretariat continues its work in earnest and until March 10, 2021, with a scientific, appropriate, and continuous work, it receives and judges the works and selects the distinguished articles for appreciation and publication.
2. With the help of fellow thinkers and collaborators in the secretariat, the book of views will be prepared and published from the views presented at the conference, which was very rich.
3. These appropriate measures which caused scientific and cultural movement in the world should continue about the school of Martyr Soleimani. Every year, the necessary planning should be done in accordance with the existing capacities for this important issue.
4. Martyr Soleimani was an exceptional hero of peace and justice in the region and the world. Continuous work is required to be done to inspire this concept.
5. Regardless of the valuable measures taken by cultural and scientific institutions in the world to explain the character of this great martyr, to recognize and explain in the international arena, there is an urgent need for a popular work, based on elites, with a scientific and cultural approach. Therefore, it is suggested that a coalition of elites in the world be formed to introduce this Islamic hero.
6. According to scholars, several important issues were emphasized that need to be addressed by scientific and cultural institutions in the Islamic world:
- Wise and pragmatic actions, away from rhetoric, to correctly explain the character of Martyr Soleimani and prevent its distortion
- Preventing the disintegration of Islamic nations and the need for appropriate measures to strengthen the path of synergy and solidarity in the interests of the Islamic Ummah.
- The great danger of the presence and cultural influence of Zionism and the line of compromise in Islamic countries must be taken very seriously. While standing against it wisely, this great danger must be warned to the Islamic countries and their elite communities.
7. The composing of appropriate conceptual and narrative literature about Martyr Soleimani and drawing the various dimensions of the School of Martyr Soleimani for textbooks and educational and efforts to lay the groundwork for a new Islamic civilization should be taken seriously.
8. Educating cultured people in accordance with the new Islamic civilization by using the ideas, knowledge, and modeling of Martyr Soleimani to achieve a desirable future in the shadow of the new Islamic civilization and the statement of the Second Phase of the Revolution, should be considered and planned by the secretariat of the conference.
It should be mentioned that the International Conference of the “School of Martyr Soleimani and the New Islamic Civilization”, initiated by the “Association for Iranian Cultural Pathfinders” and attended by a group of Iranian and international thinkers and elites, started on Sunday and ended tonight with issuing a final statement.
