Result of liberalism in human society is corruption: Ayatollah Ramazani
Pointing out that the world of liberalism is always trying to change the thoughts and opinions of the people, the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly said, “The result and literature of liberalism in human society is corruption and vulgarity.”
On Thursday, March 24, 2022, at the memorial service for the martyrs of Fatideh village of Langarud in the mosque of the village, referring to the demise of the divine scholar, Ayatollah Sayed Mojtaba Rudbari, and the large attendance at the funeral and burial of the deceased, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani said, “This prominent figure studied with Imam Khomeini in Qom and Najaf for more than 20 years, and served the religion and seminaries.”
On moral and behavioral position of General Haqbin, the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly stated, “During my visit to Syria, there was a lot of talk about the politeness and moral status of this martyr. Today, we need commanders like General Soleimani and General Haqbin to rule hearts with morality and spirituality.”
“The people of Fatideh village are famous for their piety, loyalty to the Revolution, obedience to the Velayat, and love for the AhlulBayt (a.s.),” he mentioned, “The people of this region are active in the agricultural and livestock sectors, in which maintaining unity and cohesion is very important.”
“In the second phase of the Islamic Revolution, we need to raise children believers and revolutionaries,” Ayatollah Ramazani stated, referring to the need to preserve the Islamic Revolution.
“Once in this country, they claimed the end of religion and claimed that religion could no longer be present in the social arena,” the representative of the people of Gilan in the Assembly of Experts added, “In the Pahlavi era, religion existed only in a number of individual dimensions, such as prayer and fasting, and not all aspects of religion were practiced.”
“In the ceremonies of Imam Hussain (a.s.), tyranny must be stood and confronted. Mourning ceremonies for AhlulBayt (a.s.) should have a social impact,” he clarified.
Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly said, “The Islamic Revolution revived various aspects of religion, including cultural, social and political.”
“From the beginning of the victory of the revolution, the enemies tried to make religion fade in society,” Ayatollah Ramazani stated, “During the forty-four years after the victory of the Revolution, the people of Iran stood up to the enemies and sacrifice their dearest ones in order to restore the correct understanding of Islam in the society.”
“Imam Khomeini (r.a.) offered us another interpretation of Ashura, Ghadir, Hajj and shedding tears in the sufferings of Imam Hussain (a.s.),” added the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.
“The enemy has realized that religion and what is intertwined with human nature cannot be fought. Enemies throughout human history have not been able to destroy religion. Because religion is one of the sacred tendencies of mankind,” he clarified.
Stating that the Islamic Revolution was the miracle of Imam Khomeini (a.s.), and preserving this miracle, that is, accurate, deep, and comprehensive understanding of Islam, is a public duty, Ayatollah Ramazani added, “We must explain accurate and profound Islam to our children; the Islam in which the relationship with oneself, others, God, and even the relationship with the environment is emphasized.”
“The duty of the preachers is to teach and interpret the action for God in addition to teaching the divine commandments, including prayer and fasting,” the representative of the people of Gilan in the Assembly of Experts stated, “To preserve this Revolution, the Iranian people sacrifice on various historical periods, including the holy defense (the eight-year imposed Iraq-Iran war) and the defense of the shrines.”
“God has commissioned us to establish justice. We must pay for justice and helping Imam Mahdi (a.s.). We must all work to implement justice in society and bridge the gap between the rich and the poor,” he mentioned.
“In the face of oppression, tyranny, and discrimination, we have a responsibility. To elevate the truth, the Holy Quran has always emphasized standing up and confronting. We must stand up against those who seek to strike at human dignity, but we must not go to extremes,” Ayatollah Ramazani emphasized.
“In order to preserve the miracle of Imam Khomeini, that is, the Islamic Revolution, people must be present on the scene, and this presence increases the security factor,” pointed out the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.
“The power of the Islamic Republic stems from a comprehensive Islam, the presence of the people, and the role of leadership, and the position of the people as a pillar must be preserved,” he said, emphasizing that livelihood pressures should be removed by the authorities.
“Today’s battlefield is a cultural and economic battlefield,” Ayatollah Ramazani pointed out, “Today, in the US Congress and European Parliament, large sums of money are passed to change the culture and religion of our children in order to undermine the ideals of the martyrs.”
“The opportunity of cyberspace to communicate with the human world must be used. The cyberspace is a unique opportunity, and at the same time a unique threat. Today, cyberspace has entered the homes, culture, hijab, literature, ethics and spirituality of the people,” pointing out the representative of the people of Gilan in the Assembly of Leadership Experts.
“The cultural front is an important front in which the clergy, Friday prayer leaders and missionaries must be active,” Ayatollah Ramazani stated, “Cultural authorities must manage the child, adolescent and young generation.”
“The enemy seeks to make the terms responsibility, dignity, love of God, spirituality, and service to the people unholy,” added the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.
“Preserving the dignity of today’s generation of our society must be revived. Many words such as fidelity, honesty, support, poverty alleviation, etc. are forgotten virtues, and must be revived,” he clarified.
“The Islamic Revolution must revive religiosity in the true sense of the word. We must educate the religious and concerned youth,” Ayatollah Ramazani stated.
“The literature of liberalism is vulgarity and corruption. This school seek to make man irresponsible about religion, religious truths, morals and beliefs,” emphasized the representative of the people of Gilan in the Assembly of Leadership Experts.
“From making dolls and toys to Hollywood movies, the enemy seeks to spread corruption. The world of liberalism is doing its best to change the thoughts and opinions of the people,” he added.
“Our duty is to seek to preserve the truth that the martyrs have entrusted to us,” Ayatollah Ramazani clarified, “The commemoration of the martyrs is not only the holding of ceremonies, but also the wills of the martyrs must be commemorated and revived.”
Following the session, saying that despite all the efforts of the enemies, today’s world has turned to spirituality, the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly said, “Today, clinics for personal cognition have been established in the world to make people believe and know themselves.”
“We are facing developments in the world today,” he clarified, “Seeing the popularity of spiritual tendencies, the West has developed false and counterfeit spiritualities.”
“Spirituality is a principle, need and necessity that enemies are introducing fake versions of. Today, there are about 4,000 counterfeit and fake spiritualities in Europe and America,” Ayatollah Ramazani stated.
“Currently in the world, spirituality without religion and God, religious rules, etc. is being promoted,” the representative of the people of Gilan in the Assembly of Leadership Experts stated, “Despite all the efforts of the enemies, today there are 2,700 Islamic centers in Germany and UK. In many countries, Ashura Day is honored with a large crowd.”
“Today, people in the West are thirsty for the pure Islam of Imam Khomeini (r.a.),” he emphasized, “It is Islam that can meet the spirituality and the various dimensions of human needs.”
“Opponents of the Islamic Revolution, with the role of the opposition and in the media, are active and spreading doubts on various television channels,” Ayatollah Ramazani stated, “The output of the commemoration sessions of the martyrs should be the preservation of the culture of self-sacrifice and martyrdom. Young people, old generation and different sections of society, including seminaries, must protect this trust.”
While emphasizing the formation of a committee for the appointments of Gilan province, he stated, “In this committee, individuals should be appointed according to pre-defined criteria.”
In the end, while congratulating the new solar year, the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly said, “I hope that our government officials, especially President Ayatollah Raisi, will be able to solve the problems of the people by employing capable and skilled managers.”
