The Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly appointed Ebrahim Amini as the head of the Wiki Shia encyclopedia.

In a ceremony on Thursday morning, February 24, 2021, in the conference hall of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly in Qom, the Secretary-General of the Assembly appointed Ebrahim Amini as the head of the Wiki Shia encyclopedia.

The order of Ayatollah Reza Ramazani is as follows:

In His Almighty Name

Dear Hojat al-Islam Ebrahim Amini

With the grace of God, regarding your valuable experiences, hereby, I appoint you as the head of Wiki Shia encyclopedia.

According to the principles and policies of the Wiki Shia encyclopedia, including seeking to be the reference in introducing the school of AhlulBayt (a.s.), writing and translating weighty entries and articles, relying on genuine cultural and scientific sources and references in introducing the Twelver Shiite denomination, and the classic and accurate reading of this religion, using the existing fields and the opinions of experts and experienced people inside and outside the country, continuous interaction with the department of the Assembly as well as similar organizations outside the Assembly, it is expected that you have the maximum effort and synergy in compiling and updating articles, strengthening areas such as interpretation, philosophy, ethics and Islamic education and providing expert opinions on reference issues and explaining new and creative solutions and strategies to achieve the goals and missions of the Assembly.

We hope that by observing divine piety, and the approach of jihadist and change-seeking management and using all capacities, observing the high values of Islam and the school of AhlulBayt (a.s.), you will be successful in the proper implementation and carrying out the assigned missions with the grace of Imam Mahdi (a.s.).

I also sincerely thank Hojat al-Islam Dr. Farmanian for his diligent and sincere efforts, and I ask God to grant you and him increasing success.

Reza Ramazani

It should be mentioned that Ebrahim Amini is a graduate of the seminary and the university. He knows English and Malay and has been the director of the Indonesian section of the Wiki Shia virtual encyclopedia since 2016. He also has the experience in Islamic propagation at home and abroad, translation, teaching, research, and cooperation with various Islamic centers.

Some of Mr. Ebrahim Amini’s work records are as follows:

- Review of English religious questions of Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi’s office in 201,

- Director of the Indonesian section of the Wiki Shia encyclopedia since 2016,

- Writing, reviewing, and making wikis in Persian and English wikis of the Wiki Shia encyclopedia since 2016,

- Head of International Department of Jamal Publications / 2019-2020,

- Translator from English and Indonesian into Persian at Futures studies Institute,

- Secretary of the International Institute of Southeast Asia Studies since 2020,

- Head of the Asia-Pacific Department of the University of University of Religions and Denominations since 2021.
