The representative of the people of Gilan in the Assembly of Leadership Experts said, “The Global Arrogance project is the closure of sacred matters, Islamic commandments, and Sharia. The power of Muslims should reach such a level that no one dares to insult a Muslim.”

ABWA Official Website – On Thursday afternoon, July 20, 2023, in the 22^nd commemoration of the martyrs of the 8-year holy defense (Iraq-Iran imposed war) of Basij Resistance district of Imam Hussain (a.s.) of the Amlesh IRGC Headquarters in Shahid Alipur Mosque of Jorkasar village, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani stated, “The Quran and AhlulBayt (a.s.) are sacred things of Muslims. During the era of Imam Hussain (a.s.), many efforts were made to de-sanctify religious matters.”

The representative of the people of Gilan in the Assembly of Leadership Experts stated, “During the time of Imam Hussain (a.s.), the Yazid’s followers turned the rules of Islam upside down and depict valuable things to be worthless.”

“Religion has come to bring humanity to felicity,” he stated, “Religion must be learned deeply because today some people are trying to eliminate all sacred things.”

“If Imam Hussain (a.s.) had not attended the Ashura incident based on his divine duty, today there would be no trace of Sharia, religion, and the name of the Holy Prophet (p.b.u.h),” Ayatollah Ramazani emphasized.

In the continuation of his speech, while referring to the recent sacrilege of the Holy Quran in Sweden, the representative of the people of Gilan in the Assembly of Leadership Experts stated, “The Western world seeks to desecrate the Holy Prophet (p.b.u.h), and calls hurting the hearts of 2 billion Muslims freedom of speech!”

“The Global Arrogance project is the closure of sacred matters, Islamic commandments, and Sharia,” he added, “The power of Muslims should reach such a level that no one dares to insult Muslims.”

“Ziyarat Ashura is an analysis of the event of Ashura,” Ayatollah Ramazani stated, “The most important achievement of the Islamic Revolution (of Iran) was that it brought religion into the social sphere.”

“The enemies of Islam want to promote promiscuity and nudity, and if they succeed, there will be no faith left in the religion,” added the representative of the people of Gilan in the Assembly of Leadership Experts.

“To maintain religiosity, it must be paid. People like Sheikh Fazlullah Nouri, Ayatollah Kashani, and Martyr Modarres were sacrificed for Islam's cause and even insulted. Ulama are in the field as the guardians of Islam to protect the sanctity of God,” he stated.

“Some transgressive people seek to remove the name of AhlulBayt (a.s.) and God in society,” Ayatollah Ramazani noted, “The transgressive people insult Imam Hussain (a.s.) in the worst way. All over the world, if someone insults Islam like Salman Rushdie, he will have a bitter and troubled life.”

“During the 70-year rule of the Soviet Union, many mosques were closed, and no one was allowed to pray,” he added, “Today, Islam stands against global arrogance, and its teachings are promoted and taught in the world’s most prestigious universities.”

The representative of the people of Gilan in the Assembly of Leadership Experts emphasized, “Thanks to the Islamic Revolution, Islam came to the social sphere. Before the victory of the Islamic Revolution, fervent marches were held during the days of Tasua and Ashura.”

“The Islamic Revolution of Iran is an outgrowth of the Ashura Revolution. Today’s project of the enemy is mockery of Islamic rules and de-sanctification of it,” he added.

“To confront the domination system and autocracy, Jihad must continue,” said the Secretary General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly at the end of his speech.
