Martyr Ansari devoted himself to Islamic Revolution discourse, AhlulBayt (a.s.): Ayatollah Ramazani
Noting that Martyr Ansari had devoted himself to the discourse of the Islamic Revolution and AhlulBayt (a.s.), the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly said, “By following the path of that precious martyr, the officials should spread justice for people.”
Visiting the tomb of Rudsar Martyrs on Thursday, July 7, 2022, the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly and the representative of the people of Gilan in the Assembly of Leadership Experts paid his respects to the tomb of Martyr Ali Ansari, the Martyr Governor of Gilan.
Ayatollah Reza Ramazani stated, “Martyr Ansari was a responsible and committed governor. This martyred governor devoted himself to the Islamic Revolution discourse, and AhlulBayt (a.s.).”
“The country needs authorities who serve the people and the country with a character and spirit similar to Martyr Ansari’s. The authorities should follow this precious martyr, acquaint the people with justice, and realize justice for them people in true sense of the word,” he added.
“Martyr Ansari used to leave his house every day after taking a Qusl of Shahadah,” the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly emphasized, “Yesterday and today, ceremonies were held to commemorate martyrs Ansari and Noorani (Ansari’s deputy in the Gilan Governorate) in the different parts of Gilan, and the memory of these martyrs should be honored.”
“Today, we also need ulama who can be influential like Martyr Ansari, expose deviations, and confront superstitions and excesses; the ulama who develop the logic of moderation, rationality and spirituality, and teach the monotheism,” Ayatollah Ramazani added.
It should be noted that Martyr Ali Ansari was one of the anti-Pahlavi fighters, and after the victory of the Islamic Revolution, he was first appointed to the deputy governor of Khorasan, and then as the governor of Gilan.
At 7 a.m. on Monday, July 6, 1981, coincides with Ramadan 4, 1401 AH, Martyr Ansari was assassinated by Munafeqin (hypocrites, referees to terrorist group so-called People’s Mojahedin Organization) on Lakani Street in Rasht, and reached the high position of martyrdom in the path of God, which he had dreamed of for years. Ansari is the only martyr governor of Iran.
