Religious Animation Section of Thaqalayn Intl. TV launched: chairman announced
The chairman of Al-Thaqalayn International TV announced the launch of the religious animation section of the TV channel.
Referring to the new approach of Al-Thaqalayn International TV, Mohammad Kazem Kazemi, chairman of this religious TV channel, stated, “With the beginning of Ayatollah Ramazani’s tenure as the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, the new approach of this TV channel has started, which can be referred to as the change era.”
“At first, a research project was carried out for Arab-speaking Muslim audiences of Al-Thaqalayn International TV to understand the audience’s taste. In the new approach of the TV channel, with a change in the production of the programs and the shift of the audience from middle-aged to children, adolescents, young people, women and families, the position of the TV has been established,” he added.
Then, referring to the use of various program production formats, and the use of various media tools to make the programs attractive, Kazemi went on to say in an interview with Hawzah News Persian Section that the consultation with the Maaref Council of the Al-Thaqalayn TV, consisting of seminary and academic elites, is one of the main priorities of the TV channel. “With this consultation and synergy, we could design attractive and appropriate graphics for the TV, as well as a font specific to the Al-Thaqalayn TV to attract the maximum audience.”
Four axes of change in Al-Thaqalayn TV
According to this media activist, the strategy of change in Al-Thaqalayn TV was based on the opinions of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution and in four areas, which are: promoting Islamic lifestyle, promoting the pure Muhammadan (p.b.u.h) Islam, unity of the Islamic Ummah, and supporting the followers of Infallible AhlulBayt (a.s.).
He also added that the words and guidelines of Ayatollah Ramazani, Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, are among other strategies of Al-Thaqalayn TV for change.
“Today, the Islamic world is facing new phenomena such as Western civilization, the media age, and the remarkable development of social media, which attract audiences. Therefore, these issues led to the launch of a special religious platform and application by Al-Thaqalayn TV, which will facilitate awareness and communication of the audience,” the chairman of Al-Thaqalayn International TV Channel said to Hawzah News Persian Section.
“Thank God, and with the grace of AhlulBayt (a.s.), these outstanding activities were carried out by my colleagues in Al-Thaqalayn International TV, and the audience is increasing day by day. By launching the “Religious Animation” section, Al-Thaqalayn TV has provided a favorable atmosphere for the audiences from children and teenager, as well as families, by producing programs with the following topics: God’s attributes and stories of prophets and ulama,” Kazemi added.
“With the creation of a club for Arab-speaking artists and audiences, Al-Thaqalayn International Television has created workgroups named after different Arab countries, so that foreign Arab-speaking people living in Iran can investigate problems and provide solutions for their respective countries, and by producing appropriate programs, to enlighten the public minds of that country,” continued the employee member of IRIB.
