Velayati denounced the killing of Palestinians by the Zionist regime
A member of the Supreme Council of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly stated, “The assassination of the Palestinian people and mujahids, which is on the top agenda of the Zionist regime, is not a sign of power, but a great testimony of their failure and desperation, and also shows the efforts of the Zionists to escape from internal and external crises.”
ABWA Official Website – In a statement, Ali Akbar Velayati, a member of the Supreme Council of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly strongly condemned the terrorist act of the Zionist regime in the attack on the Gaza Strip and the martyrdom of three commanders of the Islamic Jihad movement, as well as the wounding and killing of dozens of civilians, including a number of Palestinian women and children.
In this statement, while stressing the brutality of the Zionist regime, Velayati emphasized, “Zionist terrorist leaders have resorted to killing Palestinians in order to escape from the internal crisis that has involved all the political, security, social, economic, and demographic aspects of the regime. In their most recent terrorist operation and a brutal attack on Gaza, they committed a great crime and killed 13 Palestinians, including a number of women and children, as well as 3 of the senior commanders of “Seraya al-Quds”.”
“The assassination of the Palestinian people and mujahids, which is on the top agenda of the Zionist regime, is not a sign of power, but a great testimony of their failure and desperation, and also shows the efforts of the Zionists to escape from internal and external crises. The Zionist regime imagines that by martyring the Palestinian people and mujahids, it can hinder the path of resistance and anti-Zionist struggles,” Velayati noted.
Referring to the fact martyrdom is sweet for the sincere servants of God who fight for the liberation of Al-Quds, and it is their wish, Velayati said, “Every drop of blood that is shed from the Palestinian people and mujahids will strengthen the tree of resistance in occupied Palestine, and will flare up the flames of the anger of the Palestinian nation and other resistance groups in the region and the Islamic world, as well as the freedom fighters.”
“The child-killing regime should know that with the assassination of Palestinians, there will not be a single moment of disruption in the path that has been opened for the annihilation of the regime from inside occupied Palestine; the path that its scope and depth increase day by day. The Zionist regime is doomed, and by God’s will, and with the continuation of jihad and martyrdom, we will soon witness the destruction of the fake Zionist regime with the improvement of the military and defense capabilities of the Resistance groups in occupied Palestine,” Velayati warned.
“The World Islamic Awakening Forum expresses congratulation and condolences on the martyrdom of Palestinian fighters in Gaza, including three Islamic Jihad commanders, to the Palestinian nation and Mujahidin, especially the selfless and proud youth, and calls on all figures, elites, leaders, groups and parties, political movements, Muslim and freedom-loving and justice-seeking people, governments, the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, the United Nations and the world community, while unconditionally denouncing the brutal regime acts, with their all-round support to the oppressed people of Palestine will not spare any effort until the final victory,” said Ali Akbar Velayati, a member of the Supreme Council of the AhlulBayt (a.s.)
