“I Noor” Institute produces content for French speakers: Murtaza Raja Hussain

Murtaza Raja Hussain, in charge of the booth of the “I Noor” Institution in the “Lights of Guidance” exhibition, stated, “This institution is one of the branches of the “Réunion Shiite Institution” which is located on the of Réunion Island (near Madagascar). Our institution produces content for all French speakers.”

ABWA Official Website – On the sidelines of the “Lights of Guidance” exhibition, ABNA reporter interviewed Murtaza Raja Hussain, in charge of the booth of the “Réunion Shiite Institution”.

Referring to the initiation of the “I Noor” institution in 2017, he said, “Our activity is in the form of publishing and translating books in French, and the translation of Nahj al-Balagha is one of the works translated by this institution. Collecting all the French translation versions of the Holy Quran and creating a database of these versions are among other activities of I Noor.”

“I Noor institution is one of the branches of the “Réunion Shiite Institution” which is located on the of Réunion Island (near Madagascar). Our institution produces content for all French speakers,” expressed Murtaza Raja Hussain.

About the online activity, the exhibitor of the booth of I Noor Institution added, “The translation and subtitling of Iranian films in French, such as “Muhammad: The Messenger of God 2015, by Majid Majidi” or “Damascus Time 2018, by Ebrahim Hatamikia”, was well received by millions. Also, designing the applications of “Mafatih al-Janan” and “Sahifa al-Sajjadiyya” in French are among other activities of I Noor, which well received by users.”

“We are very happy that we participated in this exhibition at the invitation of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly. Because this participation will lead to more cooperation. But the low attendance of the visitors is quite evident due to the lack of proper publicity,” he commented about the “Lights of Guidance” exhibition in the end.

It should be mentioned that on the establishment anniversary of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, the exhibition of the achievements of institutions and organizations active in the international propagation of Islam, entitled “Lights of Guidance” is being held from Saturday, December 31, 2022, until January Thursday 5, 2023, in the conference hall of the Islamic Propagation Office of the Seminary.       

It is also worth noting that the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly was established on December 31, 1990, with the aim of gathering Shiites, establishing relationships within the Shiite world, promoting Shiites seminaries, solving the problems of Shiites with other Islamic Denominations, and benefiting from real and legal capabilities of Shiites.

The Assembly was established by the order of Grand Ayatollah Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, on December 25, 1990, with the aim of introducing the revolutionary foundations, and thought of the Islamic system of Iran to Shiites all over the world. /345/
