It is the duty of the government to determine who is the perpetrator of this attack, and if the perpetrators are in areas controlled by the Afghan government, they should be punished, and if they are not in these areas, they should be introduced.”

World Assembly on Thursday, June 17, 2021, at 5:00 PM Kabul and Tehran time.
