Head of General Directorate of Inspection and Performance Evaluation of AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly appointed
The introduction ceremony for the head of the General Directorate of Inspection and Performance Evaluation of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly was held in the presence of Ayatollah Reza Ramazani.
On Sunday, December 12, 2021, the introduction ceremony for the head of the General Directorate of Inspection and Performance Evaluation of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly was held in the presence of Ayatollah Reza Ramazani.
In this ceremony, Ayatollah Ramazani said, “Hojat al-Islam Hassani is one of the virtuous, sincere and experienced clerics in various fields, and based on our knowledge of him, he was asked to be present in the monitoring and inspection department.”
“In all organizations, supervision is defined and is a standard in the world. Therefore, this issue is also defined in the new chart of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly,” he added.
Speaking at the ceremony, while appreciating the good faith of the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, Hojat al-Islam Mohsen Hassani Saadi said, “Initially, evaluation and monitoring require the development of regulations and guidelines, and this, requires the assistance and support of the managers and staff of the Assembly.”
He expressed the hope that in the light of an atmosphere of brotherhood and jihadi spirit and the quantitative and qualitative growth of affairs, the orders of the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly will be implemented.
Dr. Abdolreza Rashed, Head of the General Directorate of Development and Resources Management of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly also said at the ceremony, “Evaluation and monitoring should lead to improved performance. We are ready to cooperate with you in the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, and we hope that you will be successful in your work.”
At the end of the ceremony, the appointment decree of Hojat al-Islam Hassani Saadi was read as follows:

Dear Hojat al-Islam Mohsen Hassani Saadi
Considering your good record, commitment, and valuable experience, hereby, I appoint you as the head of the General Directorate of Inspection and Performance Evaluation of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.
Due to the importance and seriousness of this position, while observing the professional principles mentioned in the job description, and maximum use of expertise in you field of activity, do your best to bring spiritual and executive excellence to this organization with comprehensive programs, new methods, and effective tools in inspection and performance evaluation.
In this regard, some of the necessary preconditions for change and achieving the goals and plans of this organization is the establishment and implementation of performance and systems management, appropriate methods of evaluation, preparation and development of specific general indicators, and performance evaluation criteria and continuous performance evaluation of organizational units.
I hope that you will succeed in the proper implementation of the assigned missions by observing divine piety and jihadi management and change approach, and by using all capacities in achieving the sublime goals of the Assembly, by observing thrift.
