The Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly appointed Dr. Abdul Reza Rashed as the Secretary of the Seventh Session of the General Assembly.

While appreciating the assiduous and sincere efforts of Hojat al-Islam Dr. Zarean, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani appointed Dr. Abdul Reza Rashed as the Secretary of the Seventh Session of the General Assembly of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly.

The order of the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly is as follows:

Dear Dr. Abdul Reza Rashed

Peace (Salam) be upon you

While appreciating Dr. Hojat al-Islam Dr. Zarean for his assiduous and sincere efforts to arrange the affairs of the Assembly, hereby I appoint you, who by God’s grace have precious experiences, as the Secretary of the Seventh Session of the General Assembly.

I hope that with the efforts of you and other respected colleagues in the Office for International Affairs and other offices, and by taking advantage of all the internal capacities of the Assembly, such as Thaqalayn satellite TV, AhlulBayt (a.s.) International University, and ABNA news agency, and by using the experiences of the previous Sessions and considering their successes and failures and intelligent planning with a change view in terms of content and implementation, the Seventh Session will be held magnificently, so that the four-year plan of the members and missions in the regions will be determined, and provide great achievements to strengthen the position of the followers of AhlulBayt (a.s.) in the world.

It is worth mentioning that the main duties of the Secretary of the Session are:

1. Coordination and supervision of holding joint and executive meetings related to the General Assembly Session,

2. Coordination with other committees to hold meetings of commissions and other meetings related to the General Assembly Session,

3. Coordination of different departments of the headquarters to implement the general plans of the General Assembly Session, according to the schedule, before, during and after the meeting,

4. Supervision of the correct implementation of the affairs of the General Assembly Session.
